Ohio man swigs beer during traffic stop: Report

An Ohio man was arrested after he took a sip of beer in front of an officer during a traffic stop, according to this report:

Lt. Andy Eichenlaub, a spokesman for the Elyria Police Department, said police pulled over Stephen Supers after he was caught speeding near the intersection of South Abbe Road and Broad Street.
After he drank in front of the officer, Supers failed a series of sobriety tests. Police also recovered marijuana and a crack pipe from Supers' car, Eichenlaub said.
