Store clerk turns robber's gun on him

A store clerk in North Carolina scared off a robber after she grabbed his gun while he was cleaning out the cash register, according to this report:

As the suspect was grabbing as much money as he could, Wilmer reached down to dial 911. Wilmer said she then noticed the suspect had placed the pistol on the counter.
"As soon as I noticed that's when I picked it up," she said. "He ran fast. He ran out of his shoe." Police later found the suspect's tennis shoe near the store's front door.
