Student's phone camera catches teacher stealing from lockers

A Florida high school teacher has quit his job after a student's cell phone camera caught him stealing from lockers, according to this report:

Steven Simmons, a teacher with more than 20 years service, was arrested and charged with grand theft.
The student placed his black, Samsung slider cell phone in an empty locker inside the boys' locker room to catch whomever might be stealing money. The recording was 24 minutes and 32 seconds long.
