Trooper 'mooning' nets probation charge
An under-the-influence Oregon man who allegedly "mooned" a state trooper was charged with violating his probation, according to this report:
OSP said 22-year-old Hillsboro resident Gregory Holzer was taken into custody, accused of violating his post-prison supervision requiring him to abstain from alcohol.
