I am glad to see no racial spin on this like Times did. To boil it down; shooter was on job for about 2 years (not a new employee), caught on tape stealing beer, carried a gun to work where he shot several people and then shot himself. He was a 34 year old thief, caught red handed, who carried a firearm to work and killed people. He was not a nice guy.
