Wanted in Baltimore, caught in Fla.
A man wanted by the FBI in Baltimore on charges of wire fraud and money-laundering is being held in a Florida jail for allegedly running a stop sign.
Jail records show 37-year-old Jose Santana Gonzalez was being held Friday in the Broward County Jail before being transported to Baltimore by U.S. Marshals.
It was not immediately known if he has an attorney.
Gonzalez was arrested Wednesday by Davie Police. He faces several charges including disobeying the stop sign and attempting to use the ID of another person without consent. Davie police could not be immediately reached Friday for further comment.
