Man calls 911 in Canada, requests marijuana

A man in Canada called 911 and asked for pot, according to this report:
The man sounded intoxicated when he called Tuesday, the Victoria police operations blog reported.
An officer went to where the call was made and found the occupant sober. The man said he had been entertaining friends.
