Man tries to change fake $1 million bill

Police in the United Arab Emirates have arrested a man they say tried to pass a fake $1 million bill off as real, according to this report:

A photo in the newspaper shows a bill with starkly different colours on its two sides - one side is mainly black and white, while the other is mainly green.
The black and white side features a picture of the first US president, George Washington, whose image is found on US one dollar bills.
