5 years for Md. schools officer
A Baltimore city schools police officer has been sentenced to five years in prison for the child sexual abuse of a student.
Thirty-six-year-old Reginald Watson of Baltimore was convicted in June sexual child abuse and other offenses and sentenced on Monday.
Watson, a school police officer at Benjamin Franklin Middle School/Masonville Cove Community Academy, inappropriately touched a teenage girl at the school in February 2009.
