Md. man charged with murder in daughter's death
A 22-year-old Baltimore man has been charged with murder in the death of his 2-year-old daughter.
Melonie Hamber died Saturday afternoon at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Police said her father, Tyrone Hamber, told investigators that he found the girl unresponsive.
He later told police he beat her with a belt to discipline her.

check out this dudes MD rap sheet.. between him and his father and grandfather > 41 incidents.... multiple "domistic violence" events...
beating a 2 year old with a belt... I guess this is "gangstah parenting"...
Pretty sick.... this perp deserves some significant discipline

it appears that he is following a pattern that has been passed down from his parents. The chain must be broken because it is all he knows we have to help people like this by reporting abusive parents, care takers etc... we could have prevented this tragic act.
