Robbery suspect may have hit same bank before
Charles County authorities are investigating whether a person suspected in a Tuesday bank robbery in White Plains might have hit the same bank earlier this year.
Officers went to the BB&T Bank on Theodore Green Boulevard in response to reports of a robbery shortly after 10 a.m. A suspect approached a teller and passed them a note demanding money, authorities said.
The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. Detectives are investigating whether the suspect, who was not described in a press release, may have robbed the same bank in August.
People with information about the case are asked to call Detective S. Fetterolf at (301) 609-6497; they can also call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS anonymously.
