Six Waldorf men accused in gang rape

Six Waldorf men are charged with holding a woman against her will overnight and sexually assaulting her, Charles County sheriff's officials said.

One of the men first met the 30-year-old Alexandria woman Monday night at Fast Eddie's, an Alexandria nightclub, authorities said. He offered to drive her home, and when she got to his car, there were several other men inside.

Clockwise from upper left: Urillas-Hernandez, Montoya, Santa-Maria, Hernandez-Orellana, Cruz, Hernandez-Ramos. (Charles Co. Sheriff's Office)

Instead of taking her home, the men drove her to a house on Nicholas Road in Waldorf, authorities said. They forced her inside and sexually assaulted her throughout the night. One of the men had a knife, and they threatened to kill her if she didn't follow their orders.

Early Tuesday morning, the woman was able to escape. She ran to a house on Country Lane and the residents there called for help.

Police said they believe the men are not legal residents, and said that they have not been able to confirm that the men provided their real names.

The following men were charged with first-degree rape and false imprisonment: Henry Misael Hernandez-Ramos, 20; Adelio Orellana Cruz, 28; Ivan Urillas-Hernandez, 21; Ismael Echeverria Montoya, 27; Jose Omar Hernandez-Orellana, 20; and Juan Carlos Santa-Maria, 18.

As of Wednesday afternoon, Urillas-Hernandez and Santa-Maria were being held without bond; Cruz and Hernandez-Orellana were being held on $250,000 bond; and Hernandez-Ramos and Montoya had not appeared before a court commissioner.

I thought that those from central and latin america were suppose to bring vibrancy to the DC area? Sexual assault is just part of the culture in many parts of central america.

It's obvious that they were illegals. They probably barely speak any English.

Oh, that lady must have had some sort of impairment, either cognitive or substance related (alcohol or rohypnol) to get in the car with an illegal.

This is surely the fault of the government.
It may have been a language problem and they didn't understand that gang rape at knife point is a crime. We should pay to have interpreters with them at all times to prevent any misunderstanding of their intentions.
Has the ACLU gotten them out of jail yet and out from under the ICE hold?
They need to be in Washington on Sunday for the rally.

You're got to wonder at the mindset of this group where they think they can gang rape a woman at their home and not expect to be arrested.
I'm sure the ACLU and CASA will fight to get these guys released saying they didn't understand English and thought the woman said 'Take me home and rape me'.

Well thats another six that wont attend the rally out of 20 million. Lets hurry up and get them green cards so they can moce to Potomac and Chevy Chase. By the the way are they going to play golf at the local country club and eat burritos at the Sunday Brunch. Maybe when a governors daughter gets gang rape will the idiots running the country will realize how important the next vote is.

This is probably the kind of heinous crime that we will see more and more of if Congress and POTUS grant illegal alien amnesty to show how "hope and change" work for us!

This is illegal alien welcoming state of Maryland. I wonder if things would change if O'Malley was raped everytime one of these illegals raped someone.

Illegals take "freedom" for granted. They are one part of the problem... The likes of Ike Legget and the montgomery County council, those running PG county, all the way up to O'Malley (who elevates those who want to keep Maryland a sanctuary socialist state). Now all of that is the problem. Who also contributes, the voters in Maryland who vote for the likes of these people. Do the research, Leventhal, Perez, Guterrez and others have ties to casa of Maryland, all the way up to Mikulski and Van hollen. Torres of Casa have even been invited to speak at the socialist get togethers with Hugo Chavez...known fact. Do the research before you vote.

Ok....Just to get things straight not all of them are "illegals". I actually went to school with one of the boys Henry he always came off as a sweetheart I loved being around him we were good friends. When I heard about all of this I was VERY SHOCKED! Then I saw the pictures and almost died. Apart of me still is shocked...I don't know what he was thinking or the rest of them. I feel very sorry and my heart goes out for the woman this happen to but really what kind of sane person gets in a car with not one but six men she didn't know??? Just plain stupid she should have known better. I'm not defending either side but really ask your self would you hop in a car full of people you don't know? Especially if your a woman come on now people!!!

These people were just here to work and pick strawberries. They're only here to seek a better life for themselves and their families. Isn't this what Congress and our politicians have told us? Think we've been duped! Not only are they bringing their work skills with them, they're bringing their criminal behavior as well. Guess it's o.k. to rape women in their country. Good to see our immigration policies are working on behalf of the American people.
