wow, you don't see that everyday...lol But people are getting tired of robbers doing stupid stuff like this. Like can I just pay for me gas and get out of here or what?!

Apparently they don't make beer bottles like they used to. Or else that robber has a really thick skull. I hope the parent company of that service station does the right thing and pays the good samaritan's medical bills (at least).

I think the next time that guy decide to hit someone over the head while he's holding a gun, that he might want to knock that guy out cold so he doesn't shoot at you when he runs away.

I agree. You have to take someone like that unawares and bum-rush him so he has no footing or knock him out. The fact that he was still standing got the guy shot because all he had to do was aim right at him. Hope he recovers ok.

Only a beer bottle? That's all they could muster? Well maybe it was one of those big bottles of Colt 45. Actually too bad it wasn't a plastic or aluminum beer bottle, that could have probably cracked his skull.
This looked like something that could happen in "gun-free" DC.

The suspect shouldn't by hard to find, he's the one who has a Colt 45 imprinted on the top of his head.

Courageous!!!!!!!!! Yet, foolish. . . My prayers are with the "hero". FINALLY, someone intervenes where injustice/cruelty/greed threatens humanity. This guy was shoot (4) times, at close range, then stands!! Recognition is imperative!!

Who is he? When he recovers, how about he make the talk show rounds instead of Ricky Martin, justin bieber, Tiger Woods, and Palin?
