Man arrested in Md. stabbing
Update: At about 11 a.m. Wednesday, Chirinos was spotted at the Men’s Shelter at 600 East Gude Drive in Rockville, Montgomery County police said. He was taken into custody without incident.
Originial post: Montgomery County police are looking for Franklin A. Chirinos in connection with a stabbing that occurred at a residence in the 19600 block of Kildonan Way in Gaithersburg on Jan. 16.
County police obtained a warrant for Chirinos, 32, on Jan. 17, charging him with first-degree assault and other crimes, according to police, but they haven't found him.

He could still be in the Gaithersburg area.
Police describe him as a Hispanic male, 5-foot-9 and 165 pounds. He had long brown hair in January but might have cut it.

Jan 17???? Really? REALLY?
Does Jan 17 make sense (6 months after the fact)? Or was it supposed to say "June 17"? Does anyone fact check these stories?
