Four students were taken to Prince William Hospital on Wednesday morning after a driver hit a Manassas school bus headed to Metz Middle School, authorities said.
There were no obvious injuries, according to a press release from the Manassas police.
A driver headed westbound on Wellington Road near Hutchinson Lane crossed over the median, police said, striking the school bus at around 7:30 a.m.
The driver, Alex Woodard, 49, of Triangle, was charged with reckless driving, police said.
