A Maryland man has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after St. Mary's County police accused him of entering into discussions to have his ex-girlfriend killed.
Investigators recorded telephone conversations indicating that Oliver G. Malone, 32, of Hollywood, was "in the planning stages of causing harm to the victim," according to a statement released Monday by the St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
