Md. restaurant crash injures 3

Three patrons at a Vietnamese restaurant in Beltsville were injured Friday afternoon when a Honda SUV crashed through the storefront, Prince George’s County authorities said.

A Honda Pilot crashed through the brick-and-glass storefront of the PHO 88 restaurant in the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center at 10478 Baltimore Avenue at about 12:30 p.m., according to Pr. George’s Fire/EMS.

Three male adult patrons in their 30s were taken to an area hospital and treated for minor injuries. Two women in the Honda were not injured.

A building inspector declared the store uninhabitable; it has been closed pending repairs.

Also in Beltsville on Friday, a vehicle drove through the window of a Taco Bell.
