So enforcing immigrations law will not do any good to protect us. All of you who think this is some big joke and dont care. This guy was in trouble with the police more then once and never taken off the streets. He was in court back in 2005 and in court in 2009. Then put on unsupervised probation even with the Court noting Defendant had a ICE Detainer out for him.

"Severe alcoholic"...are we suppose to care? Are we suppose to feel sorry for this scum. "He's remorseful"...yeah, I'll bet he is. Off with his head I say!!!!!

The fact that he's an immigrant is not the issue. The issue here which is more important is that this little girl is going to be scared for life. There are PLENTY of US born Americans who do the same and I say cut off what they used. This will teach others to keep it were it belongs.

So he gets three hots and a cot, free medical care, rec rooms with cable TV, exercise equipment for 20 years before he's deported. Why not save the taxpayers money -- put an M-16 in his hands and send him to Iraq.

Sadly enough, the quality fo his life as a prison inmate in the US is still probably better than he would experience in Mexico.
This really doesn't seem like punishment.
