30 years in Md. child sex abuse case
A Frederick man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually abusing a girl in the 1990s.
Seventy-four-year-old Donald Webb was sentenced Tuesday in Frederick County Circuit Court.
He pleaded guilty to three counts of child abuse by a custodian.
According to court documents, the victim told a Maryland State Police detective the sexual abuse occurred from the time she was 9 until she left home at 18.
She said in court on Tuesday that Webb ruined her life.

How about 30 years for each year the girl was abused with consecutive (not concurrent)sentencing.
