8 yrs. for Frederick home invasion

A 19-year-old man has been sentenced to eight years in prison for his role in a home invasion in which the victim was shot.
Nathaniel Cortez Hoy had pleaded guilty to first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault.
He was sentenced on Wednesday.
Hoy is one of three men convicted in the crime, which took place July 13. The victim was shot in the leg.
