30 years for 'Michelle Hell' in Md.
A 25-year-old Hagerstown woman described by federal prosecutors as a high-ranking member of a violent gang has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Michelle Hebron pleaded guilty in April to a charge of racketeering conspiracy. Prosecutors say she was a member of the Tree Top Piru Bloods gang and admitted to the 2007 shooting death of David Morse in Hagerstown.
Hebron had believed Morse to be a member of a rival gang.
U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein says Hebron, nicknamed “Michelle Hell,” even wrote a poem about the slaying of Moore. She was sentenced Wednesday.
Prosecutors have secured convictions against more than 20 TTP Bloods members, including the leader, Steve Willock.
