8 yrs. for sexually abusing Md. boy, 4

A man who admitted to sexually abusing a 4-year-old boy has been sentenced to eight years in prison.

Forty-four-year-old Timothy Norris of Hagerstown was sentenced Tuesday in Washington County Circuit Court.

He pleaded guilty in October.

According to court documents, in February, the victim told investigators at the Child Advocacy Center that a man he knew as Timmy had touched him inappropriately.

Hmmmmmmm, they give you 10 years for selling drugs, but a grown man touching a 4 year child only gets 8 years in prison. We live in a sick world!
