Pr. George's man guilty of porn charge
A 46-year-old Fort Washington man admitted in court that he took pornographic photos of a young girl, federal authorities in Maryland said.
Ernesto Cacanindin, of Fort Washington, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt to producing child pornography.
According to court records, a District law firm where Cacanindin had worked notified the FBI in May that pornographic photos were found in his desk after he was fired.
Employees found an envelope with 20 Polaroids, some depicting the girl and others showing Cacanindin engaged in a sexual act with the victim.
The girl was between 12 and 15 years old at the time the photos were taken, court records said. Cacanindin admitted that he performed and photographed the sexual acts at his home, five or six years ago.
Cacanindin, who is scheduled to be sentenced in November, faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison, authorities said.

Besides the obvious question of why on earth would he do what he did to a child, one has to wonder why he would bring such incriminating material to work and place them in a desk drawer for anyone to stumble upon. Makes me wonder whether he was scanning the polorid pictures with the office copier and emailing the images to others or posting them to the internet. I hope the girl who was abused is doing OK and is getting some counseling. I can only image the self-esteem issues she must be dealing with after years of abuse from someone 30 years her senior. How sad.

Give him the full 30, not just for what he did but to be so stupid to take them to work and then leave them after he left the job. JUST DUMB!

Perhaps the authorities should give the inmates a instant camera so that they could picture Cacanindin when he is performing sexual acts with them.
Pucker up Cancanindin, and then smile for that camera!
I predict that he will have his face buried in Bubba's pillow after his sentence in November.
