2 killed in seperate weekend shootings

A man and a woman were killed in separate shootings over the weekend.

A 36-year-old D.C. man was fatally shot Friday afternoon in the 4000 block of First Street SE, police said Sunday. The victim was identified as Rico Matthews of Fourth Street SE.

A 42-year-old Seat Pleasant woman was fatally shot in Southeast early Sunday, police said. Jinnell Barbara McQueen was found in the 1200 block of Eaton Road, police said.

Shouldn't The Post get the NRA's comments on these unfortunate misapplications of the Second Amendment?

There is an incident missing. Around 11pm Nov 5 a man was also shot and killed in PG County in front of the Spring Hill Lake Rec Center.
