Arrest, charges in D.C. killing
Police have arrested a Northeast D.C. man and charged him in the killing of another man in Columbia Heights, authorities said.
Police said Anthony Anderson, 49, assaulted Tyrone Smith, 48, at Perry Place NW and 14th Street NW on June 10. Smith died of his injuries at a hospital nine days later.
