Girl, 7, assaulted in Md: Police

This literally made me sick to my stomach. Wow grown men sexually assaulting a 7 year old? When they find them they need to put them in jail without protective custody and let all the inmates know what they are in there for. Unfreaking real what is wrong with people?

Yes, sickening.

Four(!) men gang-raping a young child.

FOUR!! How in the *hell* do you have a situation where FOUR men agree to brutalize a child?!?!?

You can only conclude that these men must have very similar backgrounds (cultural, criminal, etc.).

All I can say is, way to go, Maryland.

More and more our leaders are attracting violent criminal degenerates by encouraging conditions that lead to social decay, lawlessness, and degrading poverty.

Meanwhile we are losing out on major high-tech employers and many bright & educated young people are increasingly attracted to DC & northern Virginia.

Why no description of the perps? I realize that it might be very hard to get reliable information from a young child so brutally traumatized, but hopefully the police arrive at decent descriptions of the perps, in addition to any physical evidence.

Parents/guardians, WATCH YOUR KIDS. It's a very sick world out there.

Why do journalists use the term "assault" so frequently? It's such an ambiguous term that can mean anything from a brief touch/grope over the victim's clothes to a brutal, invasive physical attack (rape/sodomy).

Please come up with some better terminology so you don't confuse/bewilder your readers any more than necesary.

Police investigating sexual assault of 7-year-old girl in Columbia
Howard County police are investigating the sexual assault of a 7-year-old girl in the 5600 block
of Basket Ring Road in Columbia last night.
The girl reported to police that she was walking home from a playground around 7 p.m. through
a large grassy area near her residence. She said she was approached by four men, who grabbed
her and sexually assaulted her.
The girl reported the incident to a family member, who took her to the hospital. She has no
physical injuries.

Police are searching for the suspects in this case. The girl said three of the men left on motor
scooters and one left on a bicycle.

She describes them as black males, all with dreadlock
hairstyles. No further description is available.

My question is: Why is a 7 yr old little girl walking home by herself at around 7pm from the playground??????? The parents, relatives, guardians or whoever is responsible for her needs to be charged with neglect/child endangerment.

2ndly....All those men need to be beaten within an inch of their worthless lives. What GROWN A$$ MAN has the desire to do ANYTHING sexually with a CHILD????
