Murder charge in D.C. shooting
Ronald Page, 58, of Northeast has been charged with murder while armed in the death of Nicholas Satcher, 22, also of Northeast, District police said.
Satcher was found shot at about 7:20 p.m. Jan. 5 in the 4200 block of Gault Place, Northeast, according to police, and died later at a hospital.

Wow, it's usually the 28 year old being charged for killing a 58 year old, what happened here?
