Man, 20, killed, another hurt in Southeast D.C. shooting
A man was killed and another victim wounded in a shooting about 12:30 a.m. Monday in Southeast D.C., District police said.
The victim has been identified as Jordan DeAnthony Howe, 20, of the 3200 block of Buena Vista Terrace SE.
An investigation continues into the incident that took place in the 1300 block of Alabama Avenue SE, according to police spokeswoman Gwendolyn Crump.
Information about the shootings can be given to police at 202-727-9099 or 1-888-919-CRIM[E (1-888-919-2746).
D.C. police offer a reward of as much as $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction for a homicide.
Anonymous information may be submitted to DC CRIME SOLVERS at 1-866-411-TIPS and to the department’s TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411. Information provided to the Crime Solvers Unit that leads to an arrest and indictment is eligible for a reward of as much as $1,000.
