Arrest made in New Year's Eve killing
D.C. police arrested Randolph Thomas Jr. in connection with the New Year's Eve shooting death of Chardale Bowe, 42, of no fixed address.
Bowe's body was found in the 4800 block of North Capitol Street NE around 11:25 p.m. on Dec. 31 after it was discovered by D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services employees.
Thomas was arrested Thursday without incident, in the 500 block of Indiana Ave. N.W.
He was charged with first degree felony murder while armed.
