Indecent exposure charges for man parked in Loudoun church lot
Loudoun Sheriff's deputies arrested a man they say exposed himself to passersby as he sat in a car parked in a church lot Tuesday.
Authorities said someone walking through the parking lot of Lady of Hope Church on Algonkian Parkway in Sterling spotted the man shortly after 5 p.m.
A group of youths was at the church at the time, officials said.
Michael W. Grant, 52, of no fixed address, was charged with indecent exposure, officials said.
