Man, 18, charged in D.C. homicide
District detectives on Tuesday arrested Meeko Carraway, 18, of no fixed address, charging him in the Sept. 25 daytime shooting death of Darrel Hendy of Bowie.
Police found Hendy, 29, shot in the 800 block of Southern Avenue SE at about 3:45 p.m., police said.
Carraway is charged with first-degree murder while armed.
