Arson charges for 2 Md. inmates
The State Fire Marshal's Offices say deputies have charged two inmates at the Cecil County Detention Center with setting a fire in their cell.
Twenty-eight-year-old John Boyce and 48-year-old Ricardo Castillo were arrested Wednesday and charged with arson and other offenses.
Officials say the fire broke out Monday when the men ignited clothes and threw them on the floor of the common use area outside their cell.
Correctional officers put out the blaze.
