Child sex abuse charges for Md. couple
A Hagerstown couple who pleaded guilty to child pornography charges have been charged with sexually abusing children.
Forty-two-year-old Charles Selby III and 28-year-old Jessica Selby were charged Monday with multiple counts of sex abuse of a minor and other offenses.
The two are serving time at separate correctional facilities.
Assistant State's Attorney Brett Wilson says new charges involve different children than the teenage girls involved in the earlier case.
The Selbys are accused of molesting two children -- a girl over a period of more than two years from 2006 to 2008, and a boy for about three months in 2007.
