Missing man was D.C. resident
A man reported missing in the water off Ocean City, Md., on Saturday was identified Monday as a 23-year-old District resident.
Melkis B. DelGado is the missing person, said Donna Abbott, an Ocean City government spokeswoman. The Coast Guard said it suspended its search for him just before 5 p.m. Sunday.
