Robbery victim's eye for detail could help police
What would you remember about a person who robbed you at gunpoint?
Over the weekend, a woman who was held up on Key Parkway in Frederick recalled something about the gunman that may not turn up again in a thousand descriptions: He had "spots on his lips," police were told.
The victim, who surrendered items to an armed man at about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, remembered other details: She described him as black, in his mid to late 20s with a dark complexion, and with a medium build.
Also, police said, he was described as about 5 feet 10 to 6 feet tall, and wearing a hooded black jacket, dark blue jeans and black shoes.
Further information about the spots was not available. But as other recent incidents have shown, the more distinguishing the information, the more helpful to police looking to make an arrest.

Dick Tracy would have a good nickname for this criminal.
