Man shot, killed in Riverdale area

A 31-year-old man was shot and killed early Friday morning in the Riverdale area of Prince George’s County, authorities said.
The incident occurred just before 1:30 a.m. in the 5400 block of 56th Place, authorities said.
Officers called to the scene for the report of a shooting found Larry Williams Jr., of Riverdale, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, authorities said.
He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
Police have no suspects or motive in the case, authorities said.
