Police ID shooting victims

Police have identified the two men killed over the weekend in separate shootings in Prince George's County as 32-year-old Jose Neptaly Molina-Giron and 28-year-old James Lamont Tinsley, authorities said.
Molina-Giron, of Hyattsville, was found about 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 8600 block of Preston Street in New Carrollton with a gunshot wound, police said. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Police have no suspects or motive in the case.
Tinsley, of Laurel, was found just before 3 a.m. Saturday in a vehicle in the 8800 block of Hawthorn Lane in the Laurel area, police said. Cpl. Henry Tippett, a Prince George's County police spokesman, said police have not made any arrests in his death but believe the slaying to have stemmed from a dispute between him and someone he knew.
