Teka's story: How to donate

I'm getting some e-mails from readers inquiring about how to donate to Teka Adams, the woman featured in this chilling story, the second in a two-part series about Teka's ordeal, that appears in Wednesday's Style section.
If you haven't read it yet, I would advise reading part one first. If you have read both parts and want to know how to help Teka, here is what I know:
Donations of money, clothing or other items can be mailed to or dropped off at the Prince George's County Department of Social Services, 805 Brightseat Road, Landover, MD 20785. Checks should be made out to the Prince George's County Department of Social Services, with the name "Miracle Sky" written in the memo line.
Questions can be directed to Napre Anderson, assistant to the director at the department of social services, who can be reached directly at 301-909-7077.
And if you want to know even more about how the stories came together, Liza Mundy and I answered questions about the process for a post in Story Lab.
