Cell phone store robbery suspect described

Montgomery County police have released a description of an armed robbery suspect who hit a T-mobile store Tuesday afternoon in Rockville: A black male, 25 to 35 years of age, 6-foot-1 to 6-foot-2, with a thin build, who was last seen wearing a black hat, black jacket, and dark-colored pants.

At 1:33 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to the store, at the corner of Randolph Road and Parklawn Drive. Preliminary investigation shows the suspect came in armed with a long gun, and demanded money and items from a 37-year-old female employee. He got them, bound the woman's hands, and fled. After 10 to 15 minutes, the employee freed herself, and called police.

Police ask anyone with information to call 240-773-5100.
