Just after 6 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to the 19900 block of Spur Hill Drive after a report that a man had been shot. They found a 23-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound, and also found a 17-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound, police said.
Both victims were take to a local trauma center with non-life threatening injuries.
The preliminary investigation shows that Ortiz and the victims were involved in an altercation that concluded with the two victims being shot, police said.

The moustache on his upper lip is very stylish and it makes him look a lot older, though his cell-mate might not like that.
