Montgomery County officers honored for valor
A police officer who clung to the hood of a suspect's car while managing to squeeze off a few rounds to try to stop him ...

Sgt. Robin Lewis

Officer Kevin B. Reese
A sheriff's office sergeant who helped convince a teenage girl not to jump from a 20-story apartment building ...
They were certainly two highlights Friday afternoon at the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce's 36th Annual Public Safety Awards Luncheon. More than 1,000 people attended – police officers, firefighters, prosecutors, politicians, your lowly scribe.
Here is a booklet highlighting the award winners. To search by name, the cop on the hood was Officer Kevin B. Reese, who was also written about here and here. The sheriff’s deputy on the roof was Sgt. Robin Lewis.
