Pa. man dies in Rockville crash

A motorcyclist died Thursday morning when he lost control over a 1995 Kawasaki, became separated from the bike, and struck a parking meter in Rockville, Montgomery County police said.

Police identified the victim as Charles Arthur Holliday, 30, of the 4500 block of Zana Court in Waynesboro, Pa.

They say he was traveling southbound in the 12200 block of Wilkens Avenue when the wreck happened. Holliday died at the scene, police said.
