Lizards in the pants will land you in jail
Lizards in the pants are never a good idea. It's an even worse idea when you're boarding a plane. And an even worse idea if the lizards are rare and protected.
The Associated Press reports that a German man who stuffed 44 small lizards into his underwear before trying to board a flight has been sentenced to prison in New Zealand for plundering the country's protected species.
Hans K. Kubus, 58, will spend 14 weeks behind bars and must pay a $3,540 fine before being deported to Germany as soon as he is released, District Court Judge Colin Doherty ruled Tuesday.

He should have got 14 yrs. How weak is this punishment. I only hope a few indigenous folk talk to him inside.
