D.C. man charged in homicide

A Southeast Washington man has been charged with murder in the death of a man found bleeding from a gunshot wound in a wrecked car early Saturday, police said.
The victim, Delonte Butler, 29, was unconscious when firefighters pulled him from the burning auto in the 3700 block of First Street SE about 4:45 a.m.
The rescuers discovered that Butler had been fatally shot.
On Monday, homicide detectives arrested Joseph Spinks, 22, of Southeast Washington and charged him with first-degree murder, police said.

No problem here; we were always going to pay for raising their combined six to ten children. Their kids will wind up doing the same thing. No amount of government intervention will suffice. Insanity.
