Fatal D.C. stabbing victim identified

D.C. police have identified a man found stabbed to death Tuesday night as a 46-year-old resident of Northwest Washington.
Rodney Turpin was found bleeding from his wound in the 6900 block of Blair Road shortly before 10:30 p.m. by officers responding to a report of a man on the ground.
The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation by homicide detectives.
