Arrest in Pr. William child sex abuse
A Dale City man was charged on two counts of aggravated sexual battery after Prince William County Police responded to a child abuse call in the 143000 block of Belleville Avenue in Dale City Friday.
Investigators said a 5-year-old girl and a 6-year-old girl reported to their mother that Raul Alvarado, 31, touched them inappropriately.
Alvarado is being held without bond and his court date was unavailable.
