Arrest in 12-year-old's rape
A Woodbridge man has been arrested and charged with raping a 12-year-old girl last week, Prince William County police said.
Yasmandu Contreras, 40, was taken into custody after police responded Friday night to a report of a sexual assault in the 1200 block of Bayside Avenue in Woodbridge, police said.
The girl was an acquaintance of Contreras, police said.
She was treated at a local hospital.
