Charles Moxley, 22, of Ashburn, allegedly befriended a group of girls who thought he was 17 years old at the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion, a neighborhood recreation center, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.

Moxley was charged with sexual battery of a child under the age of 15. He was being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.

He's going to have a memorable stay in prison...and probably a healthy respect for what this girl felt being touched inappropriately.

I knew he was bad news from the start. I just wish that I could have told her about him to have stoped this from happening. I personaly know the girl that this had happened to, and I feel very bad for her. I am also very glad to see that something is finally happening to him to deal with him. This is because I know alot of people including myself that know he is bad news, and do not wish to have him in around. I will feel much safer in Ashburn knowing that he is behind bars.

Count your blessings that the police saw fit to protect you behind bars.
