Md. man arrested in District killing
A Capitol Heights man has been arrested in the January fatal shooting of a man in the District, police said Wednesday.
Jermaine Townsend was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of Keith Neal, 41. Neil was shot on January 20 in the 1300 block of Eastern Ave., NE.
