Pedestrian struck on Georgia Ave.
A woman was struck by a vehicle just before 7 a.m. in the 7100 block of Georgia Avenue in Northwest, D.C. police said.
She was taken to an area hospital with serious, but not life-threatening, injuries, according to police.

I used to enjoy reading articles by Ms Klein, but lately her short 3 to 5 sentence reporting, would be more fitting to WTOP news in 3 minutes, then it is for the Washington Post (Nation's Caital newspaper)!
